The newly created role of Executive Manager, Assets and Capital Development reflects the experience and leadership required to optimise the stewardship of the Corporation’s physical assets, ensuring the infrastructure across the schools meets both current and future needs.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Manager, Assets and Capital Development will be adept at discerning the individual context of each school within the Corporation, supporting stakeholders in all aspects of asset management, master planning, capital development, and related procurement. Working in close partnership with Principals, Business Managers, the Board, external contractors, and the Executive Team, the Executive Manager will advance TASC’s mission through strategic infrastructure planning, project delivery, and sustainable development.

The successful candidate will be able to:

Lead the Corporation’s asset management and lifecycle planning across all sites
Oversee and drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of capital works projects
Develop and implement strategic master building plans aligned with future growth
Guide procurement and contract management to achieve cost-effective outcomes
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and sustainability standards
Provide strategic advice to the CEO, Board, and Executive Leadership Team on infrastructure and related procurement matters
Foster best practice sustainability initiatives across capital and asset operations
Develop high-performing teams within the Capital Works and Asset Management functions

The successful candidate will be:

A tertiary-qualified leader in Engineering, Building, Asset Management, Business Administration, or a related field

The Deputy Principal - Teaching and Learning focuses on curriculum design, pedagogy, staff professional development, and academic performance (specifically across the Senior School). This position will inspire staff to engage in continuous learning, lead Heads of Department, and promote a cohesive teaching and learning environment where all students flourish. The position will also work closely with the Head of Junior School and Principal to drive an educational master plan that maximises students’ academic growth and potential, while supporting staff in the delivery of high-quality programs.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to:

Influence a culture of innovation and evidence-based practice in curriculum design and pedagogy
Design educational experiences that align with and surpass state and national standards
Expertly inform staff professional learning and role model best practice to inspire staff development
Amplify the school’s vision and reach, fostering positive relationships and facilitating impactful opportunities
Lead the administration of curriculum, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement

Offered as a five-year contract, and with a negotiable start date (preferably Term 2, 2025), eligible applicants must be VIT registered, have appropriate postgraduate tertiary qualifications and currently have the right to work in Australia.
