EREA NSW Colleges Ltd selected Hutton Consulting Australia to support the development of a strategic direction for our newly incorporated entity.

HCA's consultants genuinely sought to understand our culture and context and our desired outcomes to ensure they were able to facilitate productive days. 360 Degree Reviews

Our 360 Degree Review process provides feedback and advice considering the professional practice lenses of the Australian Professional Standard for Principals and the Leadership Profile. We work with principals and senior leaders to develop personalised professional growth plans that support them in their unique context.

Mentoring

The difference between mentoring and coaching is often blurred, with some seeing the terms as mutually interchangeable. A mentor, however, is generally seen as someone able to provide guidance and expertise from having their own experience in the role.  As former Principals and executive leaders with senior leadership experience in schools and education settings, we provide mentoring programs for Principals, and Senior Leaders.

The Anglican Schools Corporation engaged Hutton Consulting Australia to conduct 360-degree Principal reviews across the twenty schools in the Corporation.

We have been encouraged by HCA’s focus on growth and development of each Principal.
The level of service and depth of feedback has been insightful for each Principal involved in this process and for their governors as they also seek to support the Principal’s ongoing professional development and leadership growth. We have no hesitation in commending this service.
