Immanuel College partnered with Hutton Consulting in the search for a Principal to replace our long-serving, highly successful incumbent. Hutton’s process was comprehensive and appropriate. At the start, Hutton engaged effectively with our Council, executive, staff and students to help clarify our objectives and risks. During the application period they discovered and communicated with prospective candidates to help provide a strong pool. The assessment process was clear and multi-staged, which imbued the selection panel with increasing confidence as it approached its final decision. Hutton’s ongoing communication with candidates displayed a level of care that I’m sure was appreciated.
