Strategic Planning

HCA’s consultants genuinely sought to understand our culture and context and our desired outcomes to ensure they were able to facilitate productive days. The expansive knowledge of different educational settings that HCA brought to the strategy discussions assisted the EREA NSW Colleges Board and School-based teams to think beyond their own contexts and imagine our shared future in our new governance structure. 
I will definitely use HCA’s services again based on the professionalism, responsiveness and flexibility they showed in this first engagement.
