Hutton Consulting Australia would like to congratulate Claire Golledge on her appointment to Head of Professional Innovation and Practice at Danebank Anglican School for Girls. Dr Golledge has successfully performed the role of inaugural Leader of Pedagogy and Professional Practice at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College (OLSH) Kensington and comes to Danebank with the experience and expertise to lead the staff at Danebank to articulate and implement a pedagogical model that is both contemporary and based in Christian foundations. Dr Golledge has a deep commitment to Christian, single sex education for girls and the ways in which this can help develop compassionate empowered, empathetic and well-rounded young women. Dr Golledge has Bachelors in Arts and Law, a Graduate Diploma in Education, and a Doctorate in Education. Whilst undertaking her Doctorate studies Dr Golledge worked as an Associate Lecturer and Researcher in the School of Education and Social Work. With many years’ experience as a teacher and leader in single sex Catholic Schools, Dr Golledge has honed and informed her own faith and commitment to the notion of service to others. Dr Golledge’s broad and unique experience in school teaching and leadership, academic research and tertiary education has developed a highly specialised skill set which Danebank staff and students will benefit from for many years to come.
