Trinity College is a thriving multi-site, independent, co-educational Anglican College located in the northern Adelaide region. The College is renowned for its progressive approach to learning, its exceptional facilities and an outstanding sense of community.
Trinity College Senior is for Year 11 and Year 12 students and was established in 2006. With state-of-the-art facilities, including the STARplex recreation centre, the Trinity Trade Centre and the Trinity Innovation and Creativity School, Trinity College Senior offers a breadth of educational opportunities catering for a range of student learning pathways.
The Principal, Trinity College Senior is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the School. The Principal leads teachers, parents, and students in a dynamic, well-established and connected community. The Principal will foster an adaptive, innovative, engaging and collaborative culture. They will be responsible for the academic and pastoral care of students, the management of staff, and parental involvement, while skilfully navigating the complexities inherent in the modern educational landscape. The Principal will be well supported by a dedicated group of staff, both teaching and administrative, and the Central Administration of the College.
The Principal has both College and School-related responsibilities and is a key member of the Trinity College Executive Team, known as the Principals’ Team.
Commencing in Term 1 2024 the preferred candidate will be a motivated, relational leader, with a dynamic presence and ability to build coherence and authentically connect with all members of the Trinity College community and external stakeholders.
