The Pathways Co-Ordinator is responsible to the Head of Senior School for the effective leadership and management of the Student Pathways program, including the provision of specialist career advice.

Immanuel’s teaching and learning programs focus on three core areas – Excellence in Academics, Innovative Teaching and Learning, and a Personalised Approach.  The learning principles – Creating, Connecting, Thinking, Understanding – define an approach to teaching and learning that is designed to enable students to flourish in a complex and rapidly changing environment.

The position – Pathways Coordinator

Reporting to the Head of Senior School and working closely with academic leadership across the College, this role coordinates VET programs and provides career guidance to Senior School students and manages the development and implementation of innovative programs that support the transition of students from school to future pathways.

Teachers and suitably qualified people with relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply.
