Mark combines a 10 year career in Education with an extensive career in Leadership consulting. Marks career started with roles in independent boarding, faculty leadership and a role as Director of sport in a leading UK co-ed independent school. Mark then moved into corporate consulting and has developed speciality in the areas of leadership development and culture change. Mark has worked with some of Australia’s top organisations working with executives to build out their leadership skills. His main areas of focus would be deep personal leadership, purpose, strategic leadership, presence communication and conviction and leading transformation. Mark has led the profiling and succession planning process with a number of top CEO’s in Australia, leading to extensive workforce planning and development initiatives. Mark also operates as a leading coach and advisor to senior leadership teams.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Sport and Health Science, Psychology and a Postgraduate Certificate of Education.
