The Marketing and Enrolments Manager is responsible for raising, maintaining and advancing the profile of the College both domestically and internationally to ensure that the College enrolment targets are fulfilled. Requiring the development and implementation of marketing, communication and engagement strategies consistent with the College’s overall strategic direction, built off a robust understanding of the College’s market position developed from market research.

Ideally beginning in Term Two 2020, or with a negotiated start date, this position is offered as a full-time role. The successful candidate will have excellent understanding of educational marketing cycles, the Jewish sector enrolment environment; demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of operational and technology proficiency; able to show initiative, be proactive and positive, maintaining strong partnerships with future and current parents and other members of the community.

The successful candidate will be an agile and adaptable professional with relevant Marketing or related qualifications and experience, able to:

  • Develop, lead and implement a Marketing, Communications and Engagement strategy in a Jewish educational setting
  • Promote and build the College profile across a range of media and events
  • Oversee and create strong, future focused enrolment processes
  • Display outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills with proven capacity for team building and staff development
  • Demonstrate a high level of commitment to the Jewish life of the College with the ability to build and sustain authentic relationships with multiple teams and stakeholders.
