CLC is seeking a Learning Diversity Leader to lead the Learning Diversity Team and take responsibility for the establishment, coordination and operation of a program which provides for those students in Years 7 – 12 with identified and specific educational needs.  The successful candidate will have highly developed interpersonal skills to support the development of positive relationships with students, colleagues, parents and the wider school community, and a capacity to lead the implementation of evidenced–based approaches to behaviour management and differentiated teaching practices that support individualised learning and student engagement. The Learning Diversity Leader reports to the Deputy Principals of Student Wellbeing and Learning and Teaching.

Ideally beginning in Term 1, 2023 (or with a negotiated start date), the successful candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of contemporary practices in special education in a secondary setting, proven leadership experience and a commitment to the ethos of a Catholic school and its mission.
