St Paul’s College, as a Catholic School in the Edmund Rice tradition, contributes to the development of young people through education and their formation of Christian virtue and conscience.

The College is seeking a Leader of House (Years 7 – 12) to be responsible for leading staff in the continuous improvement of the academic and pastoral development of all students in their respective House.

The Leader of House has a significant responsibility to facilitate the overall development and formation of students in their care such that the students develop behaviours which embody the four college values of Faith, Relationships, Excellence and Diversity.

The Leader of House is a prominent leader, who is able to articulate a vision for the House in the context of the College ethos and mission, and in the context of the four Edmund Rice Education touchstones; Gospel Spirituality, Justice and Solidarity, Liberating Education and Inclusive Community.

As a significant leader of the college, the Leader of House will work collaboratively with the Executive Leadership and Senior Leadership Teams to ensure that every child’s well-being and academic pathways are catered for.

Commencing in 2020, the position is a POR 3 position with a tenure of four years with an option to renew.
