The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the administration of all policies and procedures and compliance requirements relating to human resources at the College. Primarily this includes responsibility for recruitment, induction, staffing support, industrial relations and performance management. The role is critical to supporting staff and facilitating the human resource framework and program within the College. The successful candidate will be a highly relational professional, have an excellent eye for detail, with the capacity to support staff and manage a fast-paced school environment.
