With a negotiable start date, the Head of Teaching and Learning (P-4) will demonstrate outstanding leadership and knowledge of contemporary learning, teaching, curriculum design and assessment. As a leader of people, the Head of Teaching and Learning (P-4) will effectively engage a range of staff to coordinate activities that bring together all the elements needed for the design and delivery of high-quality learning, pedagogy, curriculum and assessment in their section. By role-modelling a culture of reflective practice, collaborative dialogue, and continuous improvement, the successful candidate will demonstrate an ongoing passion for excellence in teaching practice that supports the College mission of being a leader of personalised holistic learning for the students. Led by the Head of Education and in collaboration with the Head of Teaching and Learning Middle and Senior School, The Head of Teaching and Learning (P-4) will act as the central coordination point of the Junior School Teaching and Learning Program across the College.
