The Head of Junior School reports to the Principal and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team. You will collaborate with the Deputy Principal – Head of Senior School and the Junior School leadership team to inspire and grow a positive and collaborative learning environment across the Junior School and broader Trinity environment.

You will demonstrate exceptional leadership capability to build a Junior School that drives high quality teaching and outcomes through leadership excellence and collaboration. With expertise and excitement to lead the learning and teaching program (ELC to Year 6), your collaborative style and care will build upon Trinity’s environment.

With a strong background leading within a diverse setting, you are known for your future focused educational thinking. With an ability to develop and foster relationships within the School and broader community, your career will have demonstrated your influence in creating a dynamic and strategically connected Junior School.

Preferably commencing in Semester 2 2023, the Head of Junior School supports the Principal in leading, developing and driving the execution of initiatives aligned to achieving the purpose, values, and strategic objectives of the school.
