Catholic Regional College Sydenham specialises in VCE and VET studies incorporating a large Trade Training Centre. The Executive Deputy Principal is a role for an experienced educational leader who has broad experience across all areas of school leadership and management. The Executive Deputy Principal will be a member of the College Leadership Team and will possess the expertise to advise and support all members of the CLT in their various portfolios. The Executive Deputy Principal will work closely with the Principal to lead and manage the School. To that end, the successful candidate will be a visible and relational leader, aligned to the mission, values and purpose of the Catholic Church and with a demonstrable ability to lead and develop teams, as well as the academic and wellbeing programs of the College.

Ideally beginning in Term 1, 2023 (or with a negotiated start date), the successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in collaborative, strategic and operational leadership.  The Executive Deputy Principal will lead through empowerment of others, enjoy actively engaging with the whole community and have a passion for senior years education.
