Kilbreda College, a Catholic College for girls, seeks a highly relational, innovative and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the Principal.

The Executive Assistant will work in partnership with the Principal providing executive level support and coordination. The Executive Assistant performs a full range of clerical, administrative and project development support functions, including prompt, courteous and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the smooth and effective administration of the Principal’s office. Exceptional time management and forward planning skills, along with a holistic approach to supporting the needs of the Principal and her office will be important. The ability to maintain a sense of calm, understand the complex workings of a school and ensure a high level of confidentiality is essential.
The Executive Assistant represents the College and the Principal, and in doing so will be required to demonstrate:
- A highly professional manner and excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of confidentiality
- Independent thinking, routinely anticipating needs and accomplishing objectives and tasks with minimal direction
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, compiling and delivering clear, concise communications both in writing and in person
- Outstanding organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
- An ability to prioritise, delegate and proactively follow-up, resolve problems, avert crisis and fulfil commitments
- Capacity to learn and improve systems, procedures and integrate new technologies
