The Director of Human Resources works strategically on a whole school basis to develop and implement sector leading Human Resource management. As a senior member of staff, they are responsible for the leadership of both strategic and operational people practices and projects aligned to the mission, vision, values and strategic plan of the School.
The Director of Human Resources contributes to the leadership of the School in all its areas – academic, pastoral, spiritual and cocurricular. All members of the Leadership team at Meriden are expected to contribute to the Christian ministry of the School by praying for the School, leading devotions if required, and attending events such as prayer meetings and Bible studies.
