Leading at an executive level, Deputy Principal – Head of Primary Years centres on the academic care and development of students. At its core is the leadership of people. The role requires the expert leadership of students, teams of teachers and middle level leaders in a culture of growth to ensure the continuing success of the College in educating for a sustainable future. The Deputy Principal – Head of Primary Years will lead students, parents and staff from Prep to Year 6, setting high expectations for all individuals to ensure the opportunity to succeed and thrive is available to all in our learning community.
The position requires a leader who demonstrates the College’s values of creativity, respect, integrity and compassion in all that they do and will embrace a culture where individual differences are appreciated and celebrated and where strengths are acknowledged and nurtured. The Deputy Principal – Head of Primary Years is offered as an ongoing teaching role with a five year tenured leadership position.
